Role and responsibilities

National Highways is responsible for maintaining and managing the strategic road network across the region. Our team responds to incidents on motorways and major A-roads, coordinating traffic management, vehicle recovery, and road closures to keep road users safe. Members patrol the network, assist stranded motorists, deploy signage and traffic management equipment, and work alongside emergency services during major incidents. Whether it's a routine breakdown or a multi-vehicle collision, National Highways is the first line of response on the strategic road network.

What We’re Looking For: Good Team work The ability to follow rules and maintain realism Have some sort of knowledge on UK Law and Sections (not a must but beneficial) Work well under pressure Must have a clean TX history Applications that contain only 4–5 words per answer will be automatically declined.
